Summer Nightlife Outreach's Registration

Important: Before you start filling in the registration form,  please have the email addresses of a spiritual leader or pastor and a friend who can fill in a reference for you. The registration form will take about 10 minutes to complete.

Summer Nightlife Outreach's Registration

Register before April 30th to qualify for Early Bird Registration and save €25!

 

OUTREACH DATES: Albufeira (1st - 15th August 2026, Sunny Beach (9th - 17th August 2026), Vama Veche (1st - 9th August 2026)

COST: This year's outreaches cost between €255 and €590 depending on your outreach location. We will require €25 for your registration fee while we are receiving your references to confirm your place (in order to secure accommodations). The total price covers meals, accommodations (from the arrival night through morning of departure), local transportation during the outreach, online training, and resources. We will send you an email to inform you about further payment information (including what to pay upon arrival). The total cost does not include travel to/from outreach location, travel insurance or any required visa costs. Should Summer Nightlife Outreach have to cancel an outreach, the participant’s money paid to Summer Nightlife Outreach will be fully refunded. Expenses paid by a participant outside of Summer Nightlife Outreach will not be refunded. For example, a participant’s travel insurance or transportation to the outreach locations will not be refunded as the participant is responsible for finding those.

We will need to receive 2 references for you before we can process your final application. We will contact them directly and ask them to fill in a reference form. Please let your references know that we will be contacting them for a reference on your behalf.

Release of Liability, I do hereby release Summer Nightlife Outreach 2026 event, its agents, employees and volunteer assistants from any liability whatsoever arising out of any injury, damage or loss which may be sustained by said person during the course of the Summer Nightlife Outreach Europe 2026 event
I give permission to Summer Nightlife Outreach 2026 event to use any photographic, imaging or written material in regards to myself in promotional and marketing media.
I hereby permit Youth With A Mission Constanta to collect and process personal data provided by me for the benefit of its projects. According to the protection of personal data protection Law 667/2001, I am aware of my rights and responsibilities regarding the processing of personal data.
